years of age or older to use this site/service. You agree to provide accurate
and truthful information about yourself when using the Site and in
communication with the girls using the Agency. You agree to not use the Site
for any illegal activities. You agree to not transmit any chain letters or junk
email to the Girls of Medellin Cuties, harass, stalk, abuse, solicit, or
advertise to any of them. You agree to not pursue any goals of monetary gain
through the contacts originated from the use of the Site and hereby confirm
that you are aware that such use will be considered as the breach of this
Agreement. Although Medellin Cuties cannot monitor the conduct of its Clients
off the Site, it is also a breach of this Agreement to use any contacts entered
through the Site for any illegal activities, abusing, harassing or harming
another person.
The Site is for personal
use of individual users only and may not be used for any other purpose other
than for meeting a partner for a relationship with the intention of a serious
future relationship. If you do not intend to meet a member with the intention
of a serious relationship, you must refrain from using the Site.
You are solely
responsible for your interactions with female Members. Medellin Cuties accepts
no responsibility whatsoever for any disputes you may have with the female
Members of the Agency. Medellin Cuties may, in its sole discretion, monitor
such disputes but it is not obliged to do so.
We are an introduction service
only. We do the utmost possible to ensure that both our female and male clients
are sincere in their desires to find a serious sincere partner. We do not take
responsibility for the subsequent actions of our clients. You also agree that
any and all information that you are providing to us is true and correct.
